  • Q: Can you hold a place before I apply?

    A: Only with a security deposit paid and application completed
  • Q: Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

    A: You pay security deposit and first months rent. If your rental application score is lower you may have to pay an additional security deposit.
  • Q: How old do you have to be to apply?

    A: 18.
  • Q: Is the deposit refundable?

    A: Yes as long as you pay rent on time, leave the house in as good of shape as when you moved in, and honor the lease terms and conditions.
  • Q: Who needs a cosigner?

    A: We do not accept cosigners.
  • Q: You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

    A: Please click on this link and it will take you to an online application.
  • Q: How do I pay rent?

    A: You will create an account and pay rent electronically.
  • Q: I want to get a pet. What do I do?

    A: Pet must be accepted, and then you will pay a deposit of $110, and $10/month.
  • Q: I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

    A: Both of you are responsible for the lease until completion after that if your roommate wants to reapply alone they need to pay and fill out a new application to get qualified with their income alone.
  • Q: My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

    A: Please give written notice 30 days in advance, and then clean and move all belongings inside and in the yard. Please fill out intent to vacate in the tenant resource section of this website.
  • Q: Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

    A: We provide maintenance please go to this link to fill out a request. The following repairs we will not do:

    Will Nots

    1. Repairs to telephone or cable lines
    2. Plumbing plugged (this is caused by tenants misuse of plumbing)
    3. Cosmetic repairs (this includes replacing carpet or flooring)

    2. HVAC (if the shaft of the ductwork is dirty their will be a back charge)
