    Typically I sign the lease and the lease will be available in the owner portal.
  • Do you sell real estate too?

    Yes.
  • How and when do I get my checks?

    EFT on the 15th of the month.
  • How is rent collection handled?

    Most rent is collected electronically.
  • How long of a lease do you sign?

    Typically 12 months.
  • How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

    We calculate a score from 0 to 10 based on a detailed screening of clients. 5 or below we do not rent to them. 6 we charge a triple deposit, 7-8 a double deposit, and above that a single deposit.
  • How soon can you start managing my property?

    Today if its rent ready.
  • What type of properties do you manage?

    Single family residential, multi-family, office, or retail.
  • What type of reports do I get and how often?

    1. Repair updates as they occur
    2. Owner report once a month
    3. 6 month periodic inspection reports
  • Who holds the tenant security deposit?

    They are held in an escrow account by Lakefair Realty & Property Management.
