James E. Bowen, came from the energy industry. He was the vice-president of structuring for a leading trading company for 15 years. He left this career 16 years ago to begin building, investing, and managing commercial and residential real estate. His experience is very multi-faceted and will be able to find, construct, and manage a wide variety of projects.

Lorraine Bowen is an expert in the section 8 and short term rental market. She is able to provide three way competitive market analysis that will compare across the three markets and advise on the best investment opportunity out of the three. In addition to short term rental hosting, she has experience with interior design. In order to optimize her client’s portfolio, she provides them with a weekly investment report.

Berenice studied Political Science at the University of Houston, most recently earned a Master in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in international business from the Marilyn Davies College of Business at the University of Houston- Downtown. She worked as an accounts payable for an international company for 5 years, most recently as a leasing consultant for luxury apartment homes in Katy for over 2 years. Berenice is fluent in both English and Spanish with experience translating and as an interpreter; she is also a Notary for the state of Texas.

William has a strong understanding of maintenance from working in the field, both commercial and residential, for over 30 years. He is a prior Marine that started as a fantasy builder for parks, moved into the plumbing field, and then became a general contractor. Lakefair Realty and Property Management is strengthened by his ability to save time and cost management both to tenants and property owners by rapid response and the top of the line property management software.
